Securely package the items with all original tags and documentation. Include the return slip provided with your order.

Use the prepaid return label provided or ship via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item to ensure fastest delivery.

Return shipping is free for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
